The Skid Is An All Steel Construction Built To Our Standard Cab Skid Design With Dual Drum Operations. Sandblasted, Zinc Dimetcoasted, Primed, and Painted to Customer’s Colors.
The Drum Are Built As Follows:

Power Pack
Rig Safe Engine
A 125 hp Diesel Engine (Iveco). This Engine Will Have Air Intake ESD Valves, Dual Fuel Filtration, Air Filter, Oil Filter, and Approved Spark Arrestors Wrapped with Insulated Blanket. The Engine Have Mechanical Instrument Gauges with a Vernier Control Throttle Cable, and Labeled Tee Handle for ESD Valves. This Engine is with Hydraulic Start System.
Power Pack Skid
An all Steel Constructed in a Simple but Well Protected Offshore Skid. This Skid Have a Sealed Drip Pan with Drain Plug. All Welds Fully Seal Welded, Have a Four Point Lift and Fork Pockets. A Hose Basket Fitted to the Top of the Hydraulic Tank Provided for Protection of the Hydraulic Hoses. There is Also Full Doors and Guards Protecting the Engine. All Steel Sandblasted, Dimetcoated, Primed and Painted to Customer’s Colors Using a Polyurethane Top Coat (single color)
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic pump is a Vickers (single stage). It is driven off the rear of the engine through a Funk direct drive assembly. The hydraulic reservoir holds 90 useable gallons of hydraulic oil and have a large easy access filler cap. In the tank a 100 Micron suction strainer with a 2" brass service valve. An air-cooled oil cooler mounted in front of the radiator to aid in cooling the hydraulic fluid. A return oil filter isl also installed. Quick disconnects is provided on the end of the hydraulic hoses (30ft).
